Patient journey

A clear route through an unfamiliar healthcare system.

Cross-border care involves more than making an appointment. Our role is to make the non-clinical process understandable, coordinated and manageable for patients and families.

Tell us what you need
01

Tell us what you need

Share your current situation, priorities, timing and available records. A complete diagnosis is not required to begin.

02

Organize information and identify institutional options

We organize non-clinical information, shortlist qualified institutions and coordinate initial review requirements. The institution can request more information, describe its next steps or decline the request; you decide whether to continue.

03

Prepare for and navigate care in China

We coordinate appointments, interpretation, travel, accommodation, local transport and family requirements. The healthcare institution independently provides all clinical evaluation, advice and treatment.

04

Coordinate records, departure and follow-up

We organize records, departure instructions and communication needs for the return home. Clinical follow-up remains with appropriate healthcare professionals.

Decision points remain visible

You are not committed simply because an institution has been contacted.

Before proceeding, patients should understand which institution is responding, what has and has not been clinically assessed, likely next steps, available fee information and practical implications. Acceptance and outcomes are never guaranteed.
